By accessing, browsing, or utilizing InstaCareer (accessible at instacareer.in or related subdomains), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

InstaCareer provides educational roadmaps, government & private job notifications, ATS resume tools, and 1-on-1 career counselling:

• Guidance, Not Guarantee: Our advice, roadmaps, and counselling recommendations are meant to inform and empower your decision-making. We do not guarantee admission into any specific college or selection in any competitive examination or private employment interview.
• Independent Verifications: While we curate verified job postings and exam dates, users are encouraged to cross-reference official government gazettes and company career portals.

• Single-Use Access: Each paid counselling session entitles the user to one confirmed 45–60 minute session slot with unique cryptographically verified access tokens.
• 7-Day Mandatory Scheduling Window: Once payment for a counselling session is successfully completed, the user is required to select their preferred date and time slot within seven (7) calendar days of the payment date. Failure to choose a slot and submit session details within this 7-day window will automatically result in the session being tagged as an "Inactive Session".
• Punctuality: Users are requested to join the video session on time. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.
• Session Conclusion: Once concluded by the counsellor or after the scheduled window has passed, the meeting link is automatically retired.

Payments for counselling sessions and ATS resume downloads are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via secure payment gateways:

• Digital Downloads: PDF downloads generated via our ATS Resume Builder are delivered immediately upon payment.
• Non-Refundable Inactive Sessions: If a user leaves or abandons the counselling booking process after payment and fails to schedule the session within the 7-day window, the session expires as an Inactive Session. Under no circumstances will expired or inactive sessions be eligible for refunds, credits, or chargebacks.
• Refund Eligibility: In the rare event of a technical disruption where a session cannot take place due to counsellor unavailability, a full reschedule or 100% refund will be processed within 5–7 business days upon request.
